Andco Studio was born following an increasing number of enquiries for specific specialist design skills from new & existing clients at Morgans Consult, our parent company. It was established to offer the expansive creativity, expertise & collaborative ability that was required to meet this growing demand.

The Role:

As part of our ongoing growth and development we require an experienced Creative Graphic Designer to satisfy our existing clients demand for creative services. The role requires a positive self-motivated individual who will cater for our client’s creative needs whilst playing a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our in-house marketing assets.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2+ years studio experience of producing high quality, creative and practical design solutions.
• Relevant industry experience or a degree level qualification in Graphic Design or relevant subject.
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with particular focus on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• The ability to undertake a large workload of internal marketing design requirements, primarily Website, Brochures and Social Media content.
• The capability to take projects from the initial brief stage through to finished print ready artwork/digital product.
• Experience in developing branding and corporate identities from the initial brief through to pitch and production.
• Be comfortable developing campaigns and brand assets or working off existing brand guidelines to provide creative and relevant content.
• To be comfortable communicating directly with a large range of B2B clients in a professional and friendly manner, forging lasting relationships.
• To be able to demonstrate flexibility to produce less creative core business work as and when required.
• To work in a deadline driven environment and be able to demonstrate time management skills.
• Great communication skills and work seamlessly with numerous internal departments.
• A varied portfolio of existing work demonstrating your creative and practical design skills.
