Warehouse Returns Operative

We source all our products direct from suppliers, retail them across 80 different platforms worldwide and distribute them directly to our customers from one of our Monster distribution centres. We have an exciting opportunity for a returns operative to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. You will primarily deal with customer and courier returns which will involve inspecting packaging and products, processing returns on our bespoke ordering system and refurbishing items where possible.

Daily Tasks:

• Process all incoming returns from couriers and customers and ensure they are accurately logged on our systems.
• Maintain system for second/damaged stock ensuring customer and costs are considered appropriately.
• Control accurate inventory of stock held on site.
• Ensure stock is stored, handled and transported securely in line with company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders and prepare ready for collection.
• Unload incoming deliveries and process them.
• Help to ensure the workplace and warehouse environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all ties.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of stock inventory processes.
• A positive, cheerful and forward-thinking approach.
• Amazing problem solving skills.
• Brilliant IT skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management systems will be hugely beneficial, as is listing products on eBay.
• Hard working and reliable.
• Team work as well as initiative to work on your own.
• FLT experience/licenses beneficial too.

Working hours: Working days / hours will be Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 (37.5 hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
