About us
The Together Agency is a fast growing and highly ambitious marketing services company comprising of:
- Brand – working with Nottingham University to imbed a unique Behavioural Science framework.
- Digital Expertise – Development team with dedicated UX/UI designers.
- Social Media Management team – Organic/Paid/Performance
- Creative Hub – 20 strong creative team across Packaging, Film and Design.

The role in a nutshell
Together has a unique opportunity for an experienced advertising planner to develop behaviour changing integrated campaigns. You will have the unique opportunity to work with a team of behavioural scientists and industry experts whilst being part of the senior management team. You will also work closely with the new business director to pitch for new relationships whilst helping shape our brand thinking and propositional development.
This role is a unique opportunity to step in and make a real difference at board level with an agency with a unique proposition.
Requirements
- Be collaborative, nurturing and inclusive with the confidence to make the complex sound simple.
- Have a strong agency planning background with relatable examples of campaign success.
- Be able to make strong connections with colleagues and clients alike
- Confident in pitching and working closely with new business.
- Provide confidence in their thinking by using relatable examples and historic data
- Ideally would have worked in brand development or strategy agencies
- FMCG experience a plus but not essential
