Calling all aspiring leaders, our Assistant Manager's possess a sound background and knowledge of all areas of the pub, demonstrate a 'hands-on' work ethic, strong supervision and leadership skills, bounds of enthusiasm and energy to get the job done and provide our customers with exceptional service every time.
The General Manager and the team pride themselves on delivering the best customer service, food, and drink experience with a laid back enjoyable feel. We want anyone visiting the pub to feel at home and let us do the hard work for them. Even if that's down to recommending what food or wine they want after a long day!
This is a great opportunity for you to move towards a senior management role.
- Pay is up to £32,000.00 per year + a very generous service charge package, (which entirely goes to the team) + a bonus!
- Development. It's important to us. There is plenty of opportunity within our group for progression, and we're keen on giving all of our assistant managers the support they need to step into General management roles in the future.

- Flexible Rotas. We're a weekend & evening business, and we always be. However, we will rotate everyone's working schedules to make sure there's a fair mix of time off across the team.

You’ll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager’s away. You’ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
But it’s more than that.
We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don’t go to plan? What makes you laugh?
