Telephone Sales Agent (Fully Remote)

We are a British student recruitment company who are experts at PERSUASION. We are looking for a professional salesperson with the influence skills of selling high-ticket services.
YOUR IMPACT IN OUR ORGANISATION
You will sell the services of our organisation and the universities in Europe to students and their parents via phone. We provide you with leads to contact on a daily basis via phone. You will use soft selling techniques to recruit students to go to our universities in Europe.
We're the main recruitment company that closes UK, USA and Australian clients to go to European universities every day via inbound warm leads. We help clients (age 18-25) go abroad to study medicine. You do not need to know anything about medicine to do this job.
This role is perfect for you if:
+ You have experience in making sales calls ALL-DAY-EVERYDAY.
+ You are experienced at handling objections.
+ You've used a CRM before.
+ You're comfortable making cold calls. We don't sell via cold calls but cold-selling will help you.

HOW IT WORKS
You will be trained by us until you feel ready to make calls alone. Usually, this takes 3-4 days. You must be self-motivated, driven and money-hungry. This full-time 8h/day role can be done from home after a few months, once you have been fully trained.
We send you inbound leads to call. You'll use your sales and persuasion skills to reassure the client and advise them on finding the most suitable product for them.
Growth: Opportunities for development in the position are available weekly, quaretrly and annually.

WAGES
You'll earn a base of the stated Gross per month. On top of this, you will receive a commission of £100-300 per sale - depending on the service sold. Our salespeople earn on average £5000-7000 /month.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
