MATCHESFASHION started with a single shop in Wimbledon more than 30 years ago and has grown into one of the biggest global destinations in online luxury for men and women, carrying a modern edit of 650+ established and new-generation designers, delivering to over 176 countries. With offices in the UK and Hong Kong, our aspiration is to be the most personal luxury shopping site in the world. In London, our head office is based in The Shard, while our creative hub is in Here East, and 5 Carlos Place, a recently updated retail concept combining digital and physical elements, is based in Mayfair.

THE PHOTO STUDIO TEAM
Based in Here East, Stratford, the Photo Studio team is an integral part of the business and is responsible for the creation of the product page content on MATCHESFASHION. Made up of a 90+ strong team that is still growing, we have Stock Controllers, Production Co-Ordinators, Photographers, Retouchers, Videographers, Stylists, Size and Fit Specialists, Copywriters, and Translators who all ensure imagery and specifications are captured swiftly as products enter the business. If you join the team, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle process. We don’t compromise on our high standards and champion two-way-door thinking that puts the customer at the forefront of everything we do. We see MATCHESFASHION as a global pioneer in the industry and we make it our aim to create inspiring content that underscores a luxury experience for our customers.
ROLE:
The key objective of this role is to work as part of the Retouch team. You will be responsible for retouching and organising digital assets. Ensuring all product are colour matched and representing the item to the highest standard, and in line with all company directives. Working in a fast paced ecommerce studio, this role is to deliver high quality and aspirational Imagery.

- Knowledge of Luxury Fashion
- Proactive and highly organised
- Detailed orientated and creative
- Interest in Video editing would be a bonus
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Delivering high standard retouched e-commerce imagery
- A clear understanding of colour management
- Retouch weekly editorial images and ad hoc requests
- Weekly site walks
- Follow our MatchesFashion StyleGuides
- Strong Photoshop Skills
