An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Accounts and Administrative Assistant to work at our Newport office.
The role will be across our Accounts Department (4 days a week) and Reception (1 day a week)
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, have a passion for Accounts, and a drive to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings
- Card Payments
- Telegraphic transfers and BACS payments
- Posting and paying bills and invoices
- Dealing with telephone calls
- Greeting clients and other visitors
- Managing meeting rooms and appointments
- Other general administration duties as required.
Training and development will be given to those individuals who may not have all of the above experience.
Full-time 35 hours a week
Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
Newport office based.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £17,290.00-£19,500.00 per year
