About the role

This is an exciting new role reporting into the Paid Social Specialist, the ideal candidate will support with the development of our Paid Social presence across UK clothing and home and gifting and entertaining online. Ideally, the candidate will have had at least 1 years’ experience in Paid Social in-house or across retail clients agency-side.

  • Support the Paid Social Specialist with delivering performance targets and co-ordinate the budget, to ensure maximum performance is delivered at the most efficient cost.
  • Work closely with agency and key partners to communicate briefs and priorities.
  • Support in driving brand awareness, brand affinity and engagement by delivering the right message to the right audiences through the right social platform.
  • Support the Paid Social Specialist in executing the testing roadmap and strategy.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure creative for our Paid Social media campaigns are fit-for-platform
  • Work closely with the Organic Social team on collating content (imagery, video and copy) and briefing the agency with this.
  • Respond to campaign briefs from Marketing teams and fill out campaign PIRs.
  • Work with partners like Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest to ensure we are up to date with new product launches.
  • Work closely with ecommerce & marketing managers to understand and align activity to business unit priorities.
  • Weekly reporting on performance of Paid Social channels including KPIs and budget.
  • Seek out new initiatives in media to optimise and innovate.
  • Work with the other performance marketing channel owners including PPC, Affiliates and SEO to deliver seamless cross channel customer targeting.
  • Support the wider team in the delivery of department OKR’s.
  • Keep up with industry trends and news and communicate to wider team and business where relevant.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing tags are monitored and issues are resolved.
  • Management of monthly supplier invoicing.

About you

  • Experience in Paid Social marketing.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and react quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team, and also independently.
  • Results driven with a history of delivering short- and long-term targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Confident in dealing with external agency and supplier representatives.
  • Tag management knowledge desirable.
  • Digital analytics capability and some experience in using marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
