Are you hoping to get into Investments or already working in this sector? Our client is an international asset management firm with stunning offices near Bond St.

They are hiring a team assistant to support around 10-15 investment professionals, in diary and meeting management, travel arrangements and projects internally. You will form part of a close group of EAs and Team Assistants who help out and who will help develop your skills.

This is a busy role working in a very supportive team so no huge egos to deal with.

The ideal candidate will be used to juggling tasks and will have the confidence and gravitas to communicate on all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading mid-sized firm with a superb employee reputation. Any languages (German, French and Spanish in particular) would be a bonus.

This is mainly office based but in time, the role could offer some more flexibility. Hours are 9 am -5 pm.

Salary is dependent on experience.
