Internship with us is a wise investment in your future career. You will be working closely with the Lacah team in providing administrative services. The role offers a lot of responsibility and fast career progression. You will need lots of energy and have a strong desire to succeed, as your day will be jam-packed with admin and management duties. Students doing their placement and advanced practice studies can use this opportunity to enhance their careers and job opportunities.
Day to day responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Greeting visitors as and when necessary
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Filing and archiving
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR and other general admin tasks
Intern Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Strong command of English

Remuneration: £ 300 (Travel & Lunch Expenses)
