About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Programme Manager with defence experience to join our growing team within the Merlin Franchise to manage deliverables from internal product teams, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
You'll be working closely with internal teams, major subcontractors, and suppliers who have been tasked or contracted to deliver pre-defined products and deliverables.
The role will support the delivery and achievement of payment and Mission Success Milestones being achieved on schedule.
If you have experience of Programme Management, principally involving defence programmes and aerospace/avionic systems we'd love to hear from you.

- Proven Track Record in Programme Delivery across varying customer sets
- Proven track record in on contract growth
- Track Record in strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to develop customer and key supplier intimacy at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at the executive level
- Pro-active with strong self motivation
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Ability to motivate a team
- Self starter able to anticipate problems and develop solutions
