This is backed by significant investment in our platforms and people over the next three to five years
Our Innovation team is looking towards the future, we’re exploring new product types, new market possibilities and new technologies to see how the future of the bank might look. We have a team of inquisitive people creating these new ideas, and we’re looking for a number of designers to complement the team. • Credible in front of audiences and can offer a healthy challenge where appropriate.
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, and can proactively identify new/potential risks, while being adaptable to emerging priorities.
  • An innovative approach to problem solving and encourage input from others.
Additionally, you'll have outstanding communication skills and can confidently explain ideas, issues, and implications to senior, technical and non-technical audiences and will have great personal time management skills and can confidently manage others.
Specific responsibilities of the role include:
  • Planning design activity to support future innovation initiatives
  • Supporting our research team to make sure we're led by colleague, customer and market insight.
  • Communicating with and influencing colleagues and customers, including those who come from digital and non-digital backgrounds, to manage expectations and incorporate multiple perspectives.
