Lloyds Banking Group is the UK's largest Retail and Digital bank, a leading insurer and mortgage lender with millions of customers to please.

So who are we?
In Client Service Delivery our priority is to support our business areas along with the Group to build an industry-leading experience for our clients. Through operational excellence and a high-performance culture, we work closely and effectively together to put clients and colleagues at the heart of what we do.

We provide an efficient end to end onboarding experience for our SME, Mid Corporate and Corporate and Institutional Coverage clients, manage Complaints via our Complaints Centre of Excellence and conduct Ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC).

So what's involved?
As a valued Analyst you’ll be passionate about supporting the onboarding journey for our New to Bank clients, delivering an outstanding service working within a team, responding to client needs.

You'll gather a wide range of information and provide KYC guidance to clients, resolving queries including those of a more complex/sensitive nature as well as complaint resolution.

Once fully trained you'll ensure activities follow internal and external standards and polices.

Work as a trusted advisor putting the client at the heart of your decision making.

Wider Business Support – As part of the Onboarding & Maintenance team, we work very closely with other colleagues within the wider Team.

And once you're up to speed you can genuinely contribute to the improvement of our processes with opportunities you spot.
  • Experience of Anti Money Laundering and/or Financial Crime (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work at a detailed level.
  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders whilst demonstrating the Group’s values and behaviours.
  • Able to manage own workload and sufficiently prioritise urgent items.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with our customers.
  • An active team member who supports their colleagues.
  • The willingness to taking ownership of your personal development and training.
We’re simply committed to building an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit.

You'll receive excellent training and ongoing support/development and the realistic potential for progression.
In return, we’ll provide you with an employee benefits package you can tailor to suit your lifestyle. A customer focused role with us brings many exciting rewards...

For starters, we'll give you a competitive starting package of £27,027 - £35,490 (depending on experience and location) that comes with a bonus opportunity of circa 5% and maybe more!

We'll also provide a Flex cash pot of (4% on top of your salary) which you can take as cash or spend on a wide range of options such as:

  • Buying extra or selling holidays to suit from your 22 days leave (pro rata, including bank holidays) - ideal for half terms or that mini break.
  • Extending the private medical cover you'll receive to family members.
  • A Flex Card providing up to 15% discount with over 70 well known retailers.
  • Tax/NI efficient electric vehicle (or bike) purchasing schemes paid through your monthly pay - supporting sustainability!
You'll also get the following:
  • Various share schemes (including free shares)
  • A generous pension contribution starting at 9% (rising to 15%) which comes with life cover of up to 8x salary.
  • Further discounts available on the weekly food shop, travel and electronics/mobile through our PerksAtWork scheme.
We're also shaking up our package in July 2023 with Flex being incorporated into your salary - benefitting your pension and take home pay.

Finally we also have a number of free health and well-being offerings as well as generous parental/adoption leave policies.
You can be sure we're investing in your future.
So if you have the passion for helping people we’re looking for then we’d love to hear from you..
At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities. With us you'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
We're focused on creating a values-led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Together we’re building a truly inclusive workplace where all of our colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference.
