The Executive Recruitment team is responsible for working across all divisions of the group to support senior level hiring and ensure we have the right talent in place to build the Bank of the Future.
The Concierge Onboarding Operations hire will be an integral part of the Executive Recruitment team, playing a pivotal role in identifying, supporting and onboarding Executives into Lloyds Banking Group. Hire will work with Senior Executives, HR Directors, sometimes GEC members, to ensure every new hire has a brilliant experience before they join, during the vetting process and of course, when they join.
Job Description:
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability and confidence to speak with Senior Executives. You’ll work well with a variety of people and be experienced in building and developing positive relationships. Attention to detail is key with a strong focus on high quality outputs.
You’ll be highly organised, supporting activity with some of our most senior executives as well as co-ordinating and liaising with Executive Reward, HR Directors and teams. Existing knowledge of Onboarding at a financial services firm is essential for success, as this hire will be the SME for onboarding in the Exec Hiring team.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for the management of all vetting activity/background checks, liaising with the vetting team, the Executive hire, Hiring Manager and HR teams
  • Liaise with Relocation team if Executive is relocating
  • Liaison between the Executive hire, Hiring Manager, HR Directors, Executive Reward, (SMCF team for Regulated roles) and Vetting
  • Point of contact and regular touch point with Executives, keeping them informed of all activities on a weekly basis
  • Liaison with Executive IT to ensure technology is fit and ready on day one – Point of contact during first week for any teething problems
  • Ensuring Head of Executive Hiring, HR teams, Chief People & Places Officer are updated on all aspects of hiring activity
  • Identifying, analysing, and resolving complex HR issues while maintaining compliance with employment law

Desirable Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • 10-15 Years financial services onboarding experience
  • Proven track record of working with C suite hires
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple assignments and prioritising work with the ability to deliver work at pace with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and experience of influencing executive stakeholders
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience of mentoring and developing team members to build robust onboarding capability
  • Individual needs to be a self-starter, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ability to work with ambiguity and be resilient
