Digital Marketing Executive

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus Scheme

Flexible working – We are currently trialling a mix of working in the office and working from home.

Time off - 25 days of paid time off per year.

The role

Based in Milton Keynes just five minutes’ walk from the train station. You will have a genuine passion for Digital marketing. You will be looking for a position where you can bring your previous experience and be looking to further develop your skills.

What you'll be getting up to:

- Marketing campaign management in multiple marketing channels

- Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns KPI’s whilst improving and maximising performance and growing marketing spend

- Work with the marketing team and internal departments to deliver the company targets

- Speaking to and negotiating with web traffic providers on budgets and payment models

- Brief in new creative ideas and work with our in-house design, content and development teams to deliver them

- Keep up to date with new developments in the industry, latest research and competitor activity

- Attend industry events

- Learning the in-house systems, we use for scheduling & reporting

- Complete marketing admin duties

This role will be a great fit if:

- You have previous Digital marketing experience (required).

- You have previous experience of managing Digital campaigns (required).

- You have an understanding of PPC and Social Media required.

- You are experienced in using Microsoft packages, especially Excel.

- You possess good maths skills including basic analytical skills.

- You are driven to learn.

- You have confidence in communicating within the team and external web traffic providers.

- Possess a problem-solving attitude.

- You are well organised, with strong attention to detail.

Hiring Process

1. Initial screening (15mins Call)

2. Initial face-to-face interview with Marketing Manager and team member (1 Hour)

3. Second face-to-face interview with Head of Marketing and Managing Director (1 Hour)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
