We are seeking a talented videographer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Film events and conferences hosted by LIP Ladies in Power

- Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos and reels

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and execute them from start to finish

- Travel frequently to various locations around Central London & Internationally to capture footage and interviews

- Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with our brand voice and style

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a videographer is essential

- Proficient in filming and editing

- Strong storytelling skills and ability to capture the essence of an event or story

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel frequently as needed

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
