We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join our established and highly successful team at Porsche Centre Tonbridge, offering a very competitive package + benefits.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Manage the sales process of new and used cars, marketing, stock, finance and compliance.
- Lead, organise, direct and motivate the activities of the sales team and administrative support team to achieve our business plans and budgets. Train and coach all sales executives.
- Performance manage the sales team and hold monthly reviews.
- Be able to communicate directly with customers.
- Ensure the high standards of showroom presentation and CI standards.
- Understand and achieve all agreed targets both internally and from the manufacturer.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and ensure the customer journey is industry leading. Full compliance at all levels.
The ideal candidate:
- High achieving, driven and enthusiastic.
- An established team player.
- Experience as a Sales Manager.
- Skill and ability to coach and develop the sales team as necessary.
- A natural leader and motivator.
- Thrive in a customer facing environment.
