ABOUT US
We are London’s most iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant, with locations in Soho, King’s Cross, City and Marylebone. First opened in 1944, Lina Stores is known for its fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products — all imported from Italy! Guests can enjoy our Italian dishes in our restaurant and take away the ingredients from our deli to recreate their Italian feast at home. We also have an online shop from which allows customers to order online quickly and easily with seamless deliveries straight to their front door. All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own Lina Cucina in Peckham, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Pasta Chef, you will run the pasta section and prepare all pasta dishes efficiently and to the desired specification (being mindful of wastage). You will work in our open kitchen and follow company procedures and ensure consistency, and cleanliness and uphold excellent HS and food hygiene standards.
YOU ARE
An experienced pasta chef, with previous experience of running a pasta section in a busy restaurant. You are a great communicator, with a good level of English. Someone who is naturally organised, detail orientated and full of energy to learn new skills. You are flexible with your availability, punctual and always respectful and embodying our company values (Passion, Quality, Family and Authenticity).

Lina Stores Marylebone is housed on the corner of Marylebone Lane and Wigmore Street, at the entrance to Marylebone Village. Set over two floors, it features a spacious all-day restaurant, fully-stocked delicatessen and downstairs bar, which also serves as the perfect private dining room for up to 60 guests. Ideal for long catch-ups with friends over lunch, a quick Italian salad to take away, or an aperitivo at the feature art-deco basement bar, Lina Stores Marylebone welcomes you for lunch and dinner.
