About the Department/Team:

The Project's team is the Heartbeat of our business, they are collectively responsible of managing the end to end installations process and lifecycle, ensuring all orders are placed and assigned correctly, providing the client with the highest level of service and communication on the progress and completion stages. Arranging and communicating with our network of field engineers to ensure they have the correct kit on site to undertake the work planned. A strong work ethic runs through the team, each team member is hard working and understands the part they play in the success of the team and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

To manage and own customer projects from inception through to completion ensuring regular feedback and updates are provided to the customer via email and telephone.

· Own/manage end to end customer order to delivery completion lifecycle

· To liaise with Engineers throughout the day, obtaining progress reports

· To develop a good working relationship with Engineers and Internal Departments

· Sourcing and raising part requests to be ordered

· Liaise with carriers and suppliers to place orders for all voice and data products.

· Utilise various portals for the different products and suppliers.

· Record accurate details on CRM package and aBILLity billing system and any other internal systems as required

· To cover team members duties as and when required.

· Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined.

· Status check all outstanding work daily.

· Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of all services

· Provide excellent client relationship/service support at all time

· Dealing with first line enquiries via email/telephone.

· Log support cases both internally and with external suppliers

To maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times with internal and external customers and colleagues

  • To be committed to the principles and practice of Continuous Professional Development and to undertake additional training to meet individual and organisational needs.
  • To follow Health & Safety procedures laid down by the Company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others.
