Role & Responsibilities?

As a recruitment consultant at LSP your role will be to build relationships with our clients, understand their hiring needs with the end goal to position the best talent into the relevant roles. Responsibilities include:

- Resourcing & headhunting using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards and other suitable sources

- Generating qualified leads that will result in new business

- Become a specialist within a vertical, keeping in regular touch with the wider market

- Assist with organising interviews, collecting feedback & other support as necessary

- Building long term relationships with both candidates & clients – servicing their needs and wants

To be successful in recruitment, you need unwavering determination, confident communication skills with individuals at all career levels, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly. Recruitment is not always an easy ride, so a positive mindset and resilience is essential. You will need to be:
