Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Post-Doctoral Research assistant to work with us in the Centre for Health Promotion Research (CHPR) https://www.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/research/centre-for-health-promotion/. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your research career, working on world leading research programmes in health promotion and public health. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will work effectively with the team of researchers and staff at Leeds Beckett University and with external partners.

The candidate will be located within the School of Health at Leeds Beckett University (City campus).

You will have a postgraduate degree in an area related to health/ public health and some experience of undertaking research as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods and of literature reviews.

The person appointed should be able to start work on 1 August 2023 and this post is fixed term until 31 July 2026.
