Our team is expanding and we need an Admissions Executive would be responsible for the registration process which includes planning & executing all aspects of the admissions process for prospective clients who want to enrol in executive training programmes. They are to report to the CRM manager and assist in the communication with prospective delegates and other stakeholders to ensure that registrations are processed in a timely manner and information is shared accurately at various stages of the booking.

They will also assist the Operations Manager with tasks including course scheduling, programme management, and liaising with delegates to ensure smooth and timely course delivery on a weekly basis

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRM in all registrations-related enquiries.
  • Oversee and manage the registration process from start to finish, including but not limited to due diligence, adding data to CRM, invoicing, and issuing confirmation documents.
  • Assist the CRM with prospective delegates to understand their needs and answer questions about the registration process or course details.
  • Provide administrative support to delegates.
  • Evaluate and review applications to determine eligibility and fit for the programmes.
  • Keep accurate records of all admissions data and correspondence using CRM and Shared spaces.
  • Prepare reports on booking volumes, trends, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with delegates and ensures all requirements with regards to delegates lifecycle with LCT is met
  • Work closely with Client Relations Manager to ensure a professional service is provided to all clients.
  • Assist with delegates arrival, welcoming them and providing all the required information, being available for any support they might need during their stay.
  • Book transfers, hotels, activities and restaurants whenever requested by the client or CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
