About Laduma
Laduma are a growing company based in Liverpool specialising in high-end video meeting platforms that combine immersive projection with cutting edge collaboration functionality and technology.
The role
Based in our office in Liverpool city centre, we’re looking for a talented front-end developer, comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, to join our engineering team and help with the development of our digital platform. We have big plans for our platform and want people who are passionate about designing and building cutting edge solutions using the latest technology.
Your skills
As with any engineering role, building a product is a highly collaborative effort and as such, we are looking for strong team players with robust industry experience and an innovative mindset. You will need to have:
· Three years+ of developing with React.js though having strong SPA skills with frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular would be considered, too.
· HTML + CSS
· JavaScript ES6 & TypeScript
· Node
· You’ll also be used to writing well documented, clean code in an Agile environment.
· Innovative mindset, able to balance best practice approaches with the need to just 'get the job done' when required.
Other skills that would be advantageous, but not essential, include:
· Next.js,
· Express
· SocketIO
· Unit testing (with Jest or a similar technology)
· Any experience of working with video streaming would also be useful, but not essential.
What we offer
· 25 days holiday
· Early finish on Fridays (when we’re not too busy!)
· 6 duvet days per year

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
