You will bring to life the Lancôme Magic across our beautiful counters and stores!

The Regional Makeup Artist serves as the Lancôme Brand Ambassador, delivering makeup artistry and elevated client service across Make-up. With a sharp consumer-centric mindset, this role is vital in enhancing the online and offline client experience and engaging the Beauty Advisor community via best-in-class training. You will be a self-starter who is socially savvy and passionate about service, artistry and brand storytelling.

Joining us…

• You will have a minimum of 3+ years professional experience as a makeup artist, with the ability to demonstrate a strong artistry skillset.

• Inspiring your customers with elegant and trend led looks, finding their perfect shades and educating on application techniques. You will thrive on demonstrating boldness and couture for this established french brand.

• Influencing and inspiring comes naturally to you, you will be comfortable and professional whilst working with key influencers. Demonstrating a powerful Lancôme presence across events such as BAFTA, backstage and PR events.

• You will demonstrate genuine excitement, love for people and luxury retail, responsible for Lancôme eventing across UKI.

• You ooze passion for beauty, and keep up to date with current trends to motivate with intent and inspire our fast paced, ever- changing retail teams to drive results and build a connection and love for their brand.

• You are digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends to create content, with executing a strong on camera presence.

• Whilst also being socially savvy, you thrive and have the ability to effectively engage audiences on social platforms, through TikTok masterclasses.

• Exceptional verbal & written communication, presentation, public speaking, & media & editing skills.

• Knowledge of computer programs - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) preferred

• Must be able to travel extensively

Support And Development…

• Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and Peers. From the beginning you will be set up online with induction modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance. Following this a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to support your success.
• You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products!
• You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself, we will support your development with a best in the business experience.
• You will be eligible to receive a Lancôme Rose of Excellence to wear with pride and attend the Golden Rose taskforce in Head Office.
