You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise• 5+ years of experience in Managing z/OS DASD storage in SMS-managed environments• Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments as well as incremental backups as required• Administer DFSMS / DFSMShsm, including storage groups, ACS routines, migration, backup, and recovery• Perform capacity monitoring and planning, DASD additions, and volume balancing. Perform the space management activities such as VTOC resizing, Defrag, Compress/Reclaim/Release/Cleaning of datasets• Participate in backup, recovery, and DR and Managing the Copy services / GDPSPreferred Technical and Professional Experience• Experience with IBM z/OS Products: TSO/Utilities (3.4 etc); JCL; SDSF; IDCAMS; GDPS; CA Products• Mainframe Modernization conceptsBeing YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
