Are You Up To The Challenge?

You will work closely with the heads of departments creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Your role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making. You will have the ability to communicate strategic and financial information in a clear and user friendly manner.

Your Team Mates

Our finance team shoulders the responsibility of monitoring the financial health of the entire company. They reason with logic, are accurate with numbers, and grasp what adds or brings tangible value to the business. And they do it with great optimism and humour.numerous campaigns in several languages across multiple media will be second nature for you.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Preparing and presenting interesting, varied and challenging project work for key Finance stakeholders as well as other departments across both Opex and Capex in a high growth technology company where the ambition is second to none

• Linking historical financial information to business strategies and future growth plans to help managers accelerate and grow their departments profitably

• Building partnerships with key managers across the business and maintaining positive and supportive relationships with all these senior managers and their teams

• Interrogating departmental P&Ls and headcount reports to ensure the accuracy of mission critical Financial information and bringing that information back into Finance accurately, concisely and in a timely manner

• Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance and creating the key link point between Operations, HR and Finance

• Providing high-quality reporting and insightful analysis to inform decision making

• Mitigating financial risk and exploiting opportunities

• Proactively and positively challenging stakeholders to ensure financial delivery

• Driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes

• Potential for rapid career development and progression

Your Hard Skills

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Dynamic and highly organised
