About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our International Headquarters People & Performance team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! This role will be based out of our London office and will play a key role in supporting recruitment across R&D- Operations and Commercials BU's in our international zone.

You will play a key role in driving the business towards strategic hiring decisions through an efficient and effective recruitment process aligned to the global hiring policy. Proactively network and build a strong talent pools for key functions within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition process maintaining compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
  • Ensure the end-to-end process is being led through our Workday system.
  • Champion best-practice recruitment hiring- promoting a long -term strategic business talent solutions.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is run efficiently focusing on providing a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Provide creative solutions to source top talent in the market.
  • Utilise data and analytics to make decisions and recommendations on recruitment strategies- sharing and consulting with hiring managers as appropriate
  • Continually network and proactively source top talent to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities
  • Remain abreast with industry trends- insights and events to ensure KraftHeinz remains relevant and attractive.

About you:

  • Work as part of a team but also demonstrate ability to confidently operate with autonomy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure key deliverables are met
  • Think outside the box and solution driven approach to work.
  • Undergraduate qualification in Commerce/Human Resources or related discipline is desirable
