Admin Officer
26 hours per week, term time only, start asap

£22778 FTE per annum salary
We are looking for a highly organised individual, preferably with experience of working in a school office, with excellent interpersonal skills, to provide comprehensive and effective administrative support for our small, friendly community school.
The successful candidate will:
Be competent using ICT, and ideally have experience of school management software including Arbor and Tucasi
Have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines within a pressured environment
Be the welcoming, first point of contact for parents, children, staff and visitors, face to face and on the phone
Be supportive, hardworking, flexible, able to work as part of a team and have a sense of humour
Administer first aid
Manage attendance across the school to ensure efficient, effective system and procedures are in place
Have effective time management skills
