Contract: Permanent, full time or part time. (We can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify in your application).

Key responsibilities

As a Site Manager with our team in Liverpool, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on the Holyhead project. You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained. You will also maintain project targets and ensure that all Kier’s procedures and SHE Legislation and are always complied with.

What do we need from you?

With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running.
