Senior Site Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Eastern Construction business. Within this role, you can enjoy you can enjoy progression opportunities, opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.

Location: Projects in Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire

Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll be working within the Witham, Essex Team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
• Demonstrate good financial knowledge
• Ensure site records are maintained
• Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
• Working on projects valued from £2M to £40M

Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:

• Previous experience in the Construction industry
• Hold the relevant certifications I.e., SMSTs
• Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare and Office Projects
