KE Hotels have opened Marriott's newest hotel brand to Manchester, transforming a former hat factory in the city's vibrant Spinningfields district. Moxy is designed to capture the rapidly emerging next-generation traveller combining stylish design, approachable service, latest technology and an affordable price.

Job Profile
We're looking for a confident communicator, who is comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role all while bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun & relaxed environment that makes guests (& their dogs!) feel at home.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Running the night audit & balancing the days business accounts
• Running the bar & making exciting cocktails
• Helping guests & creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Managing bills & payments
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
  
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
