My client is looking for someone special that can touch upon a few key areas of the business. Operations. HR. Finance. Compliance & Legal. Whilst having the skills that an operations manager will possess to make everything work in perfect harmony and connect with their family/ staff who are the glue to making it all work. Overview:
- As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are looking for a self-assured and accomplished Operations Manager to help us achieve our ambitious targets and cement our role as the market leader within our sector.
- We are looking for someone who is composed, results-focused and hands-on, with a proven track record of creating, implementing and managing processes and best practices across the Company.
- The Operations Manager will be a highly knowledgeable, motivated and capable professional who, along with the Founders and senior leadership, will understand Company objectives and construct/implement plans and strategies that deliver on the business goals and objectives.
- This is a hands-on role to actively shape our long-term strategy and develop measures that realise our business objectives. You will be tasked with supporting and leading business operations across HR, finance, compliance, and legal; implementing best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

- 5+ years agency experience working within a creative environment
- Top-level strategic thinker with a proven track record of strategic planning/success
- Skilled in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation across the Company
- Strategic thinker who can inform the bigger picture, ensuring that all agency activity is aligned and supports the overall business objectives
- Commercially astute and experienced in managing business finances and management accounts
- Able to quickly identify, understand, and articulate a range of business strategies to leverage opportunities/challenges and drive success
- A proven background in operations and resource management within a creative agency environment
- A natural problem solver; able to make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Able to solve the majority of operational problems and make effective and timely decisions based on the knowledge available
- Understanding of a project life-cycle within a creative agency environment
- Tech-savvy, and confident in identifying and facilitating technology solutions for creative teams – Bonus
- Strong familiarity with GSuite, particularly GSheets – Bonus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player through and through, and a natural relationship builder
- The ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with daily deadlines
- A highly collaborative individual who is experienced working across all touchpoints of an agency and with particular expertise in Business Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance and Legal
