Due to our continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our teams based in our Coventry office. Previous recruitment experience is not essential due to the learning and development opportunities you will receive.

​Our Package:

Realistic earnings:

Year 1 - £30,000 - £35,000

Year 2 - £35,000 - £40,000

Year 3 - £40,000 - £50,000

Based on salary, bonus and commission combined

​Our hours:

Monday to Friday

40 hours

• Term time shifts - 7:30 am – 4 pm or 8.30 am – 5 pm
• School holidays - 9 am – 3 pm
