Production Office Assistant
Quotations/Estimator
Location: Canvey Island, Essex
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm with 30 mins lunch
NOTE: Candidates are required to have their own transport if they do not live on Canvey.
Duties:
· Dealing with customers by phone and email
· Occasionally dealing with customers face to face
· Creating quotations for customers who have requested to be sent one via the computer system
· Working to targets – creating a certain amount of quotes a day.
· Requesting customer feedback & assisting with requirements they may have.
· Providing excellent customer services and speaking to customers in a polite & professional manner
· General office duties

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
