Mechanic / Technician

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Mechanic / Technician to join our international underfloor heating company based in our newly completed service department in Caldicot.

JK floorheating Ltd. is a market leader for underfloor heating systems, supplying unique in-ground underfloor heating (UFH) systems for residential and commercial buildings. We operate in 10 European countries and have been serving the Dutch and German markets for more than 25 years.

We are looking for a multi skilled operative who can take on the servicing and maintenance of the JK floorgrinder equipment.

The key areas this role will focus on:

• Perform diagnostics, service and repairs on JK equipment
• Perform pre-delivery set up on new equipment
• Maintain a tidy and organised workstation
• Compile reports on all works completed with inventory of parts used

Full training will be provided, alongside on-site training in the operation of the equipment.

This role is highly suited to an individual who wishes to take on a diverse part time role in the maintenance industry.

Experience:

Background in farming or other industries where the operative of the machinery diagnoses and performs repairs to the equipment in use
