Insurance Advisor

Coversure Rugby is an independent insurance broker based in Castle Street, Rugby, Warwickshire. Founded in 2011, we help small business owners, fleet owners, tradespeople, and security businessesfind high-quality insurance protection.

We are looking to add somebody to our friendly team who is diligent, has good customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. No previous experience is needed although people with insurance experience and knowledge of Acturis would be at an advantage.

This is a role necessitated by the exciting growth the business is enjoying and you will be joining the team to support this growth, learn the roles and in time contribute to further expansion.

• Working within the Existing Business team you will be responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies and mid term adjustments
• Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets for customer service and renewals and retention
• Ensure that all work is FCA compliant and provide the highest of customer service to our potential and existing clients

About you

As one of our Insurance Consultants, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional in time. You should naturally have:

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
• Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
• Insurance or Financial Services background- especially in Personal Lines such as Motor Fleet, Home or Landlord

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
