Based at our state-of-the-art head office and distribution centre on the outskirts of Preston, James Hall & Co. Ltd. have been established for over 150 years proudly serving communities across the north of England as supplier and distributor to over 600 SPAR stores.

Hours
38 hours per week, 5 days per week. Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.45pm
About the Role
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for handling all correspondence, answering phone lines, taking messages, preparing reports and other general office duties. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support within the fresh food production department.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Accurate and timely data inputting into departmental records
- Producing letters, statements and written work using Microsoft Word
- Placing orders with suppliers daily, ensuring accurate levels of stock control
- Effective processing of all department invoices
- General office duties
