Junior Graphic Designer

JACK RYAN is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our vibrant agency team in our Glasgow Finnieston office. In this position, you'll have the chance to showcase and develop your talents across a myriad of graphic design projects, encompassing online and outdoor advertising, presentation design, and collateral for a diverse range of clients and internal work.

Our clients span multiple verticals from business to business, all the way through to recognised consumer brands at both UK and International level. This role presents an excellent opportunity for self-improvement, with training opportunities included. As part of a dedicated, small team, you will be directly involved in delivering major campaigns and events.

**Key Accountabilities:**

* Develop and create compelling graphic designs for both online and outdoor advertising and campaign work

* Work collaboratively with the team to conceptualise and execute design ideas

* Participate in various projects, from initial brainstorming sessions to the production of final deliverables

* Ensure brand consistency across all graphic designs and adhering to client brand guidelines

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies

* Work on a number of ad-hoc design tasks with quick turnarounds alongside larger scale project work.

**Skills:**

* Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

* Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

**Experience:**

* Minimum HNC/D/ Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

* 2 Years Experience in digital and print design

* This role is ideal for recent graduates or late students who have some level of experience in graphic design

**Additional Information:**

* Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term (With opportunity for extension)

* Work Schedule: Part-time, 3 Days per week
