About ITS

Info Technology Supply Ltd is a well-established software company with a 35+ year track record, offering cloud-based SaaS, on-premise software, and professional services. As we grow our international footprint, our HR function plays a key role in supporting the people, processes, and culture behind that growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on HR generalist role for someone who wants broad exposure across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment. You will support the HR Manager across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll liaison, and compliance, acting as a trusted first point of contact for employees and a reliable pair of hands behind the scenes.

You will own the day-to-day administration that keeps HR running smoothly, from screening CVs to maintaining accurate employee records, while also getting involved in higher-value work like onboarding delivery, exit interviews, and HR documentation. Where the HR Manager sets policy and direction, you make sure it's delivered accurately, on time, and with strict confidentiality.

This is a detail-oriented role with real scope to grow. The right candidate can build a strong generalist HR foundation and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Resourcing

β€’ Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including liaising with recruitment agencies and sharing job specifications to support timely and effective hiring.

β€’ Screen CVs and forward shortlisted applications to relevant departmental managers.

β€’ Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a central point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

β€’ Communicate internal vacancies and opportunities to existing employees.

2. Onboarding, Training & Employee Lifecycle

β€’ Lead HR onboarding processes for new starters, including delivering onboarding sessions and providing training on the HR system and relevant HR procedures.

β€’ Coordinate travel arrangements for HQ visits for new starters and existing employees where required.

β€’ Arrange and manage offboarding processes, liaising with relevant departments as needed.

β€’ Arrange and conduct exit interviews, gather employee feedback, and share relevant insights with managers.

3. HR Systems & Data Management

β€’ Act as the primary administrator for the HR system, ensuring employee records are accurate, up to date, and maintained in line with data protection requirements.

β€’ Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with the system support team to ensure timely resolution.

β€’ Maintain employee records, including right-to-work documentation, employee IDs, contractual data, and update the HR system with relevant employee data.

4. Payroll & Finance Liaison

β€’ Provide payroll-ready HR data, including unpaid absence, leave, and additional benefits information, to the Accounting Department in line with payroll deadlines.

β€’ Provide training and guidance to employees on expense procedures and related processes.

5. HR Documentation & Compliance

β€’ Create employment contracts and other HR documentation for review by the HR Manager.

β€’ Ensure strict confidentiality of all employee files and HR information.

β€’ Support compliance with local employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.

Continuous Improvement

β€’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment standards.

β€’ Contribute to improvements in HR processes, systems usage, and employee experience through continuous learning and application of best practice.
