What we offer:

• Fantastic Starting hourly rate £11 + share of staff tips of up to £3.50 per hour – That right you could be earning £14.50 per hour

• You don't need previous experience working in a restaurant, just a great attitude + a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest! Dedicated 2 weeks training. We are so committed to supporting our new team we even have our own Support Manager who will meet with you weekly to ensure everything is great for the first 4 weeks

• you'll be working in a fast-paced restaurant, serving hundreds of guests every day – so we are looking for high energy people

• you'll help to ensure the restaurant is always welcoming + inviting to our guests by maintaining your BOH section to the highest standard + following our health + safety procedures

• you'll be working as part of a brilliant team! you’ll have a hunger to learn new skills; we'll give you loads of support during your induction, then you'll offer support to others once you're confident in your role

• in the spirit of change (kaizen), you're always looking to improve + help us be better than the day before

• Washing pots/cutlery/crockery-cleanliness is Your top priority!

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all BOH areas

• Assisting Chefs with Deliveries and stock distribution.

• Following kitchen opening and closing procedures

• Working a long side our talented chefs-who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magic begins, we will teach you to take a pride in our amazing food.

• Always aim to learn new things- most of our Commis Chefs started as a KP -sky is no limit here!

• The right attitude is a must, experience is not. If you are ‘one of us’ and can do the above, we can teach you everything else.

• A trainee and development plan into the kitchen may be offered after 6 months of great service.
