Responsibilities
- Build excellent relationships within your area and work with us to make you a market leader within your space.
- Carry out the full recruitment process by sourcing & screening applicants, scheduling interviews, closing offers, help in preparing offer letters etc
- Build relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
- Bring on new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
- Be the first point of contact for all applicants
Candidate Requirements
- Working experience and a passion for your chosen area.
- Ambitious!
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate job roles and client requirements with ease
- Intelligent with a can do attitude
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task and juggle day to day tasks and projects.
- Great planning & organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to remain composed when under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
- Takes a real pride in everything you do.
- A willingness to learn & develop
- A passion to work and help the team achieve goals.
- Computer literate, able to use a range of software programmes & online platforms/systems
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
