What you will do as an Assistant Front Office Manager
- Ensure that all Hyatt regulations are strictly observed and respected
- Replace the Front Office Manager in her/his absence
- Responsible for the training of the Front Desk Staff
- Responsible to ensure that all front desk staff are well versed all World of Hyatt SOPs and promotions
- Responsible to improve the check in and check out experience
- Assist the Front Office Manager in reaching the department’s KPIs
- Maximize rooming opportunities
- Act as Duty Manager when required
