Your responsibilities:

• Liaise with the commercial team, production planning and warehouse to fulfil customer requirements and resolve any customer service issues.
• Arrange transportation of all products to required destinations globally.
• Keep customers updated on the status of goods in transit and to provide all product documentation.
• Ensure the best method and cost of carriage for outgoing goods is undertaken and agreed with agents globally.
• Responsible for the accurate production of all documentation and reports.
• Ensure all despatchers both within and outside of the EU are exported following the correct legal and company procedures.

Your profile:

• Numerate and ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting procedures.
• Negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.
• Experienced in resolving customer issues problems.
• Experience of customs procedures for import and export.
• Knowledge of hazardous goods transportation requirements would be advantageous.
• Experience of sales, purchase administration together with stock reconciliation.
