An admin assistant will perform a range of administrative tasks within the organisation: Priorities:
- Shipping
- Buying/Reordering
- Liaising with Far East Suppliers
- Negotiating with Suppliers
- Updating databases
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Using formula’s in Excel spreadsheets
- Learning and using Sage 200 online
- Collating information for Accountants
Personal Requirements:
- Able to methodically, accurately and neatly complete work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver results
- Desire to drive personal development.
- Good Mathematical Skills
The job will be Mon-Fri, 1pm to 5pm.
The scope of the admin assistant role can be extensive and additional duties will include working closely with seniors. There is potential of growth within the company.
