We are looking for a proven Reception Supervisor to join our hotel. You will need to possess exceptional communication skills as well as be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed. You will motivate the team through a positive and engaging culture to deliver exceptional service.
It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of receptionists who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. And being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate
- You will have a proven track record as a Reception Supervisor/Team Leader within a hotel environment.
- Can inspire and motivate a team.
- Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experienced user of Opera, Opera Sales and Catering, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- A positive and engaging demeanor with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.

Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park hotel offers easy access to central London's major attractions, with Great Portland Street and Regent's Park Tube stations just a few minutes away. The hotel is near the A501 and 45 minutes' drive from Heathrow Airport.
