What We Are Looking For...​

• We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Installations Designer to join our marketing department.
• Bringing a strong creative flair, driven to develop the brand identity through design innovation and presenting exciting new display solutions.
• Supporting the Brand and Marketing team through internal and external brand asset creation.
• Having excellent attention to detail, with responsibility for ensuring that all concepts, assets and presentations are aligned to HiB brand standards.
• Be responsible for production timeframes, updating designs and project plans, communicating effectively with clients on project status and supporting the installations coordination team.
• Collaborating with Installations Design Manager and ASMs to review designs and scope of works to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is consistent and follows best practice.
• Contributing to the evolution of the HiBbrand through continuous improvement of its portfolio of branded collateral, such as POS, signage, labelling, consumer facing display and spacialidentity.
• Being accountable for the installation design process and branding through to print and digital formats in line with considered product focus and producing engaging messaging and visuals.
• Designing and creating effective use of spaces to raise the profile of the HiBbrand within stores and provides the appropriate level of engagement and information to the consumer.
• Collaborating with and supporting the marketing team through involvement in graphic design projects to support the HiBbrand, creating external and internal on brand visuals.

What you will need to succeed in your role...

• Understanding of brand advocacy and apply basic marketing principles in all you do.​
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft 365 with a sound understanding of digital and traditional graphic design.​
• Proven Knowledge of Graphic Design in Virtual Worlds, Inno+ and Articad ​
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently, strong communications skills​
• Experience working in a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.​
• Project Management Experience and knowledge of creative workflows, procurement & printing.​
• A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines and organise logistics for installation.​
• As sound understanding of digital design and production of digitally enabled assets.
