Our client is an extremely busy compliance and training company based in Warrington.
They are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator to assist in day-to-day company and client tasks.
They work in compliance but don't let that put you off! Believe it or not, they’re actually great fun and just happen to specialise in a slightly admin heavy business. At the core of what they're looking for is someone who can work alongside them and help them deliver a great service to some exciting hospitality operators.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing admin support:
Responsibilities (include but aren't limited to):
- General office administration
- Maintenance of licensing files / applications
- Training administration
- Assist with insurance claim investigation and defence preparation.
- Billing, accounts, and purchase ledger
- Coordinating company diary
- Liaise with third party contractors.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Willing to laugh and have fun throughout the working day.
- Roll with the punches as no two are days are the same.

The role will be 3 or 5 days a week with working hours between 10am - 2pm, with hourly hourly pay at £10.42 p/h (NEG)
