We are a team who has a passion for service improvement, we work in partnership with stakeholders, and we are keen to grow our volunteering programme.

The successful candidate will lead active volunteers, ensuring their essential and role-specific training is renewed, that they have what they need, and that any problems are resolved. The post holder will work with teams to create volunteer roles, effectively manage volunteer recruitment and work closely with the wider community to promote volunteering.

The Volunteer lead position is an integral role in our organisation as we recognise the value volunteers bring to the delivery and overall experience of the organisation.
