Days: Monday to Sunday (covering up to 5 days per week) – Part-time hours available
Hours: 40 hours per week (including travel time). Approx. 10+ hour shift.
Locations include: Covering Reading, Frimley, Slough and Wexham
Salary: £22,500 + Overtime + 0.45p per mile

HealthHarmonie is a community provider of outpatient services including Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Minor Surgery. We are looking to recruit an additional 3 Healthcare assistants to join our growing Reading Team based at Landmark Office Space, Green Park, to assist in the provision of outpatient community services. The key element of the role is to greet and chaperone patients during their appointments and provide administrative assistance to our group of medical professionals. There is no personal care involved in this role.
While your base location will be Landmark Office Space, Green Park you will be expected to travel to other Reading, Frimley, Slough and Wexham locations to provide community clinics. Routinely staff only travel to one site per day away from their base.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant you will:
Set up clinic environment with required medical equipment- Complete GDPR security check with patients
- Administrative support to medical professionals with patient paperwork (IT & Paper-based)
- Support clinical staff in the delivery of patient appointment
- Specimen delivery to a designated location
- Compliance with infection control procedures

** Please note that as we run a 7-day service you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days. Shift patterns are generally between 07:00/ 07:30 - 17:30/18:00. Some of the locations will include Reading, Frimley, Slough, and Wexham regions.
