Rates: £9.50 per hour (unqualified)

What You'll Be Doing
The role will be working as a Surf Instructor as part of our
Activity Team, delivering Surf Lessons to guests of all ages with varying levels of experience ensuring
that all of our guests are reassured, engaged and excited about getting in the
water. You will take your customer experience, from good to
legendary! Ensuring perfect products with exceptional service every time, to
ensure we create great memories that last a lifetime for our guests!
What We
Would Like You To Bring
We are looking for a team player who has a
strong love of the sea & a passion for teaching in a safe, fun &
friendly environment, you will also have the following experience:
Hold a valid NBLQ, NARS beach lifeguard or water safety rescue qualifications (trained in surf rescue techniques – (qualifications can be gained through Haven if needed).
Great customer service
Experience with surfing and paddle boarding
Experience with teaching/ coaching groups of up to 12/ different ages
flexibility to work when needed. including weekends
You may
come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Surf
Instructor and grow into a Head of Activities & Leisure role … Either way
we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all
we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven!
